People come and go, and based on my 23 years in the business we could not stop people from leaving. They have their own plan and agenda. Sometimes you lost good staff due to certain reasons. Career growth, better offer and migrating were among the reasons stated. How do you retain your best employees and convince them to have a career with the company? Every time my best employees tendered their resignation my heart bleeds. A company is as strong as its resources especially for a company like us that rely on manpower to operate the business. Our human capital is the most important asset in our consultancy business.
